The machine is recommended for honing cylinders of cars, trucks and industrial vehicles.
To obtain a superior quality, it combines rotation and alternating axial translation in honing process using expandable grinding stones. With long grinding stones, the machine can operate on cylinders with diameters ranging from 32 to 150 mm and a maximum honing length of 370 mm. Spindle stroke maximum is 270mm. There are two spindle speeds: 240 and 480 rpm. With a longitudinal travel of 1160 mm and dimensions of 1270 x 420 mm, the work table can manufacture big workpieces in a single setup.
The machine has micrometric adjustment of the grinding stones during the operation of the machine. Precision is 0,01mm. In the machine there is integrated cooling system with electric pump and a tank which allows separation dirt from the coolant ensuring that the tools work in optimal conditions.
