Hydraulic cylinder honing machine Robbi SET-150-LE is designed for precise and efficient honing of large-diameter hydraulic cylinders, engine blocks, and similar cylindrical components. This type of machine is ideal for hydraulic repair shops, manufacturing facilities, and heavy machinery maintenance workshops, where precision and surface finish are critical to performance.
The machine has micrometric expansion wheel with the possibility of expansion during honing, adjustable reciprocating movement speed and hydraulic head lifting movement.
The machine can operate on cylinders with diameters ranging from 31 to 170 mm and a maximum honing length of 380 mm. Maximal spindle stroke is 300mm, maximal head stroke 470mm and spindle speed is 70-140 rpm. Distance between spindle axis and column guides is 350mm.
With a longitudinal travel of 1340 mm and dimensions of 1400 x 500 mm, the work table can manufacture big workpieces in a single setup.
